Easter
Friends visiting finally prompted us to move out and climb the White Horse Hill. It’s a sublime place- empty yet very mystical. I learned that in May people re-chalk the White Horse drawing- every year! What a great tradition!

House in Italy
I want to have a house in Italy one day- with orangerie and an open yard – like those Budapest open garden yards dedicated to summer evenings with friends.

New app bringing back my first type of photos – black and white, studio developed
New Hipstamatic app, TinType, suddenly took me back to the times of my childhood. My dad had a developing room and I was allowed to go in occasionally and play with images developing on paper. This is where my first photography lessons took part – and did not last long. I had to discover the rest myself. But I often look back and miss those few months we had in our secret room… I suspect my Instagram will remain black and white for a while.

In the land of the Moss
Moss is always fascinating to me. As a little girl I would spend all my day outside just watching all the micro-worlds of it. This morning in Wantage was grey, dump and really gloomy but as I walked out of the Betjeman Park I decided to turn things around – when you look at things through the lens of a camera (does not matter what type, just a device capturing a moment for eternity) your perception changes, stops and the surrounding circumstances cease to exist. I really enjoyed those moments!

London
I like to go back to London…for a day. I don’t like its captivating capitol nature and I do not like my memories of commuting. I am so happy I don’t have to do it anymore!

Chinese lanterns
Just magical – the festival of lights but in a very sophisticated manner. I so loved the Longleat Chinese Lanterns!

Oak trees
I spent a few days in Gilwell Camp for scouting admiring the famous (for scouts) 500-year-old oak tree and its many younger brothers and sisters. In Poland, in the old village tradition, oak trees symbolise power and masculinity. I am amazed by those magnificent trees until today.
